YC-1800B PET bottle blowing machine can work with small bottles under 1500 ml of 4-cavity mold and 5000 ml bottle of 2-cavity mold. Upgraded from old model YC-1800A, it has adopted automatic preform feeding system which saves its worker from putting preform to oven manually, making it easier to operate. Widely used for mineral water bottles, beverage bottles, cosmetic bottles, edible oil pot, sauce containers, fruit juice bottles, alcohol sanitizer, medicine bottles, shampoo bottles production of various industries. Suitable to work with different kinds of bottle material including PLA, PET, PC, PP, PMMA, PS ect. It has adopted high efficiency PLC, precise PID temperature control of reheating oven, improved mechanical structure with more spacious mold area and stronger clamping force, sensor of mold close protection, fewer noise and easy maintenance.
