We have high quality mold tooling equipment of our own including CNC lathe machines, CNC milling grand machines, EDM, boring machine, drilling machines ect which ensures accuracy of our mold’s component and insert, as well as reducing production lead time.
Our company implements strict production management and adopts complete operating system, all bottle blowing machine and molds before delivery to customer shall pass inspection procedure. We have bought injection molding machine aimed for mold test and we can make mass production simulation for customer if required.
