YC-5L PET bottle blow molding machine can work with 5000 ml bottle of 2-cavity mold and 10 litter bottle of 1-cavity mold at most. It has more complex air system with pre-blow function which is helpful to get more even wall thickness in large bottle. Besides machine has adopted piston-type high pressure blowing valve which permits longer working life than normal one. It has adopted high efficiency PLC, precise PID temperature control of reheating oven, improved mechanical structure with more spacious mold area and stronger clamping force, sensor of mold close protection, fewer noise and easy maintenance.
